Too bad, I’d love it if they put out Niandra Ladies

No offense to John but I don’t care about any other solo album apart from Niandra Ladies. -.-

I really like Untitled #11, Your Pussy’s Glued To A Building On Fire and Your Smile Is A Rifle which are the only tracks I’ve heard that I like. Unfortunately it isn’t available on iTunes but that new Lefr Leftr album (which I don’t like at all) is.

Agreed the one I really want is Niandra Lades.

I never understood the love for Niandra Lades, I know he was in terrible shape at the time but the album sounds horrible, particularly his voice.

I love the raw emotion john exhibits on niandra lades and smiles from the street you hold. That lo-fi sound is so amazing. I wish more artists would release lo-fi records. Overproduced albums kinda lose a little bit of that magic, at least for me.

Niandra Lades… is one of the most shocking/WTF/fantastic records of the last 30 years.

I really loved his last album, PBX, very experimental but amazing as always.

I like a lot of John’s albums – The Will to Death, PBX, etc. – but none of them are as expressive or emotional as Niandra Ladies.
