On paper this is shaping up to be a great new album. Not getting my hopes up too much though.

So the real news is that Qotsa and Kyuss Lives has probably made up.

^ :::not sure if you’re kidding:::
I much prefer PJ Harvey to be singing with Josh Homme.
    (Desert Sessions)
QOTSA are very inventive. I love Homme’s voice…

So nick the dick is back eh ? They should have left that turd in the toilet ! QOTSA is an awesome band that only got better after nick bailed !

Clearly it isn’t my fault that Karlos doesn’t read stories throughly. If he did he would have seen that I cited the source. No need to credit NME when facebook is the true, original source. Seems to me that this guy is looking for any excuse to “attack” me.

All we need now is Marky Mark to come back!

  • Philip said:

mandingo- you’re out of your fucking tree if you think QotSA’s better work came after Nick was booted. It was all downhill after 2004. Sorry.

And Karlos Quinky’s a dick of the 1st Order.

  • Paul said:

Hopefully Mark Lanegan will be next.

  • Karlos Quinky said:

    have i been blocked?

  • Magic Mike Mazzarone (author) said:

Is that your goal or something?

  • Is he one? said:

Hey Magic Mike, do like Brett and ignore the hate man. You’ll be better off. You won’t survive as a writer around here otherwise.

  • Karlos Quinky said:

no, its just wont let me post long comments!

Kyuss Lives has officially now been renamed VISTA CHINO, it’s safe to let the cat out of the bag…

There is someone that met Lanegan on his current tour, who says Lanegan has written some lyrics for the new queens album and has heard some new songs: heres link to his post on this forum http://forum.rekordsrekords.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=70987

When do we get to be involved with the QofSA LP — where is the sign up sheet?

  • Jack Irons said:

I pray to god EV’s dying voice will not be on this album to ruin it.

  • John said:

How does Jack Irons manage to slide his tiny dick into a QOTSA discussion. We get it, Eddie Vedder gets you all butthurt. Take it to a Pearl Jam discussion, ass clown.
