Pop Quiz kids, who else is in this band?

This sounds like it came right off their first album.

I like it, but hope the other tracks don’t have that first-album feel to it. While I adore the first album, I just look forward to hearing something different than that.

Horrible. Take the names associated with this band away and nobody would give this crap a second listen.

Well that was… Okay. I just can’t help but feel that Patton could be making better music with FNM though if they could just get their shit together and start writing a new album. I guess I’m kinda bias cos I’m a huge FNM fan and not so much of a fan of Patton’s work outside the band, I like a few Tomahawk songs like ‘Point and Click’ and ‘Capt Midnight’ but as much as I tried I could never get into those albums as much as the FNM albums.

The more I hear this song the more I like it. (& I also was unimpressed at first listen)

John Stanier is phenomenal behind the kit, & Duane Dennison does a lot of cool stuff on guitar. I’m really excited about this album.

I also like the fact that this band is not overly popular. It means they play smaller venues and don’t sell out very quickly.
