DAVE GROHL SAYS FOO FIGHTERS WILL NEVER BREAK UP, ALREADY PLANNING NEXT ALBUM
Have no fear as Foo Fighters leading man Dave Grohl has rest-assured his many fans that the band will not split up. In fact he has claimed they already have an idea for a new album.
Grohl gave the following quote to Rolling Stone magazine on the situation:
“People should never be afraid that Foo Fighters are ever going to break up. It’s like your grandparents getting divorced – it’s not gonna happen.”
The former Nirvana drummer also said to the band’s potential next release:
“(I have) a concept for the next album we’ve never done before. And who knows? There might be a f**king movie to go with it.”
I’m not surprised. Still good to hear.
Stupid…sorry, Dave. Stick to the drums.

IMO the best Foo Fighter albums were the first and second one. The other albums have a lot of good songs but they don’t stand up to the early albums.
I think some of the best FF songs are I’ll Stick Around, Alone & Easy Target, This is a Call, Big Me, Everlong, My Hero and Monkey Wrench.
Why would they break up? They are one of those bands that can take 4 years off and come back and everyone falls back in love with them. It gives them time to breath and be with their family and create again.

Yeah Raj I’ve felt the same way for a looong time. First two we’re priceless, I mean can you find anything that sounds as good and raw as that first album? The guitars on that album sound perfect for good punk rock! Not too produced and clean, as most rock bands do these days…. The second album is classic. The third had some good stuff but started to get too poppy with a cheese filled crust…. After that I fell off the FF wagon… and can’t get back off the ground….
