BILLY CORGAN HOLDS PRIVATE CONCERT FOR CHARITY AUCTION WINNER
Crestfallen is reporting that Billy Corgan held a private concert at his Madame Zuzu’s tea house on Sunday. The concert was for a charity auction winner whose $30,000 bid won the acoustic concert. The setlist for the private show included Today, Plume, Pinwheels & With Every Light. I Am One was also played by request. The winning bidder (Table host) said of Corgan that he “could not have been a more gracious host!” Two others won the same concert opportunity as well at the charity event in Chicago – each also at $30,000.

Sweet setlist. 30 000$ is A LOT.
Awesome news this said, kudos to Billy on this one.
Not trying to diss Billy Corgan/SP, but I’m amazed that 3 different people paid $30,000 for a private Billy Corgan concert. I’m amazed 3 different people have that kind of money to spend on a private concert, even if it is for charity. If I had $30,000, I wouldn’t be going to community college.
That’s awesome. Pretty cool that they played I Am One. That’d be cool if he could make the playlist himself.
Jen: I’m guessing they were rich and had that kind of money to spend without worrying about bills
@Justin I think “he” played “I am one”. Pretty sure he was alone, not with the band….
And yeah obviously rich people, and good for them, good for all the people involved.
