BILLY CORGAN SET TO SELL HIS CHICAGO CONDOMINIUM UNIT

The Chicago Tribune is reporting that Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan is finally set to sell one of his homes that has sat on the market for more than four years.

Corgan whose main place of residence is a 6.8 million dollar mansion on Lake Michigan first listed the Chicago based, 3,700 square foot condominium unit on September of 2008. He originally listed the price of the unit for $5.5 million but finally dropped it to $2.85 million in June of 2011.

Corgan also owns a 3,267 square foot home in Beverly Hills that he purchased for over $3.85 million in 2009.
