    This is an honest question, i’m not trolling;

What is the point of all these articles covering concert setlists? I mean come on, is that really news? Shock horror, rock band plays concert containing songs!

Why would i want to know a list of songs that were played at a concert i wasn’t at? What is the point?? I really don’t get it…

I’ve always found it interesting to see what songs bands are playing for a certain tour. I also personally like checking them out especially when I’ll be seeing them, that way I have a certain idea of what they’ll be playing, so I know whether or not I need to brush up on my lyrics (that i’ll be screaming). Sure it’s news. It’s also news when theyre playing songs they havent played since 97 or at all, considering theyve been playing together again since 2010.

Love seeing the setlists! Thanks Brett

    Great list.
I feel sorry for all the rednecks who can’t be pissy about the fact they played some tunes on a stage with no reason for them to be cranky.

Loud Love was also in the encore. And I taped Rhinosaur but I was like 10 people back and I’m not 6’5″ so that equals bass distortion and old white guy domes not making it the best audio/video.

Show was quality. Great setlist. Loved not seeing BHS. You know your a bad ass rock group when you play back to back shows at the same venue and also don’t need to play arguably your biggest hit. Sound became more distorted and louder as the night went on. But that is typical for SG. Once again Mr. Cornell gives his “legalize it” speech. Referring to how it’s already legal to drink alcohol and own a gun AND how it’s legal to own them together in the same home (there was a whole lot of smoke floating around at the show by the way). But whatever, he was chilling with Obama the previous night so I guess he’s feeling political. His voice was spot on and that’s all that matters (just see Beyond the Wheel).

Fucking Rhinosaur!! Jesus man, that is crazy and also one of the songs I predicted/hoped they would put in the new rotation. Play it on Feb 2nd!!

Loud Love was not played. That was Ugly Truth.

Holy Down on the Upside, Batman!

I dont believe the setlist is in proper order either.

What do people think about the KA songs in the set, or the lack of? Is 5 new songs too little? Too many? I’ll be seeing them twice next week, and I’m curious how they’ll fit into the set. I don’t like the new songs, and I’ve already seen most of the old songs performed at past shows. Maybe we’ll start seeing those old rarities Cornell said they’d be playing?

  • Is he one? said:

5 new songs too little IMO.

Don’t ever stop to post the setlists please GR.

    Great Show last night!
    Can’t wait for tonight!

  • Carlos said:

I was there last night and I can tell you that the show was FUCKING AMAZING! And anyone who thinks Chris Cornell can’t sing the way he used to needs to shut the hell up and go see them live. Best rock show I’ve seen in years! They were so tight, it was insane!

Btw, that set list looks right and in the right order.

Moment of the night for me was Zero Chance, 4th of July, Rhinosaur and when he bought a fan up to the stage to play Outshined with them.

    AH-MAZING SHOW!!!

Tip for peeps going tonight: No opening act and they will be on the stage by 830 – 845 so get there early.

Anybody know what the deal is with balcony seating at HAMMERSTEIN? All the seating charts I’ve seen show seating in both balconies but my tix list it as “general admission seating”. Seems strange to have a general admission balcony.

No Attention No Attention No Attention No Attention + Black Sabbath riff

Does anyone know why they’re playing all these east coast venues that aren’t on their tour list? Am I missing something? Or is there another list?

  • nevernamed said:

I like how they’re switching up the setlists… However. CLOSE THE SHOWS (OR AT LEAST THE TORONTO SHOWS) WITH JESUS CHRIST POSE!

  • Rhinosaur said:

Yep, Cornell’s nailing it live- STILL. All you can shut the fuck up with your whiny snot-nosed, “Ehhhhh Chris can’t sing anymore” horseshit. Fuck you. Fuck you right in the ear.

    Zero Chance baby

  • Inmytree said:

Where’s that guy who keeps complaining about the lack of rare songs?

  • Monster Robert said:

I wish I was at that show last night I forgot to mention I would to have witness Zero Chance live myself. One of my favorites from Down on the Upside.
