SCOTT WEILAND ANNOUNCES FIRST SHOW OF SPRING 2013 SOLO TOUR IN MICHIGAN
(Possibly former) Stone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland has announced the first show of his spring 2013 solo tour. The show will take place on March 1, 2013 in Flint, Michigan at The Machine Shop. The show costs 35 dollars, tickets can be purchased here. Weiland is currently recording his third solo album, the followup to 2008′s Happy in Galoshes. Last year Weiland was reportedly fired by Stone Temple Pilots following their fall tour.

Yaaaayyyyyy. This is going to be fucking killer. So small!!
Seriously who needs STONE TEMPLE PILOTS anymore?? They are so done as a rock n roll band. They had classic grunge albums that will go down in history as wonderful, creative and yes dark and edgey, controversial even, but now its time for this pilot to fly solo. And please get a whole new rock band line up ok?? We are sick of that guy Doug, time to hook up with members of another long time rock n roll band from the 1980s or something , how about those guys who used to play : sweet child of mine?
STP- Scott’s Tour Pointless
STP had the world in the palm if their hands at the end of the 90′s and they threw it all away.
Scott is extremely creative, and definitely talented but his work SHINES when he collaborates w the Deleos. STPs latest album was interesting, and I was really hoping for a seventh album. Besides, that Doug guy is annoying. This sucks
