RUMOR: TOOL PLANNING AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND TOUR DATES?

By: 6 February 2013 6 Comments

From ToolBand.com:

ARE YOU READY NEW ZEALAND…

for WAITANGI DAY! Keep it chill with the reggae…

Tool’s only confirmed tour date for 2013 so far is Ozzfest in Japan. The band are currently working on the music for a new album, while Maynard James Keenan did not seem optimistic about the album coming out this year in a recent radio interview.

I believe they are recording a new album, but instead of being in your face, like SG were, they trying to have it on the low key. This sorta gives them a better time management to record songs and doesnt build high expectations from the fans

Inmytree why hate the picture. You can see Maynard’s small dick and balls. Takes a big man to not care.

I loved Tool’s early-to-mid 90′s promo photos, where they looked all dark and mysterious. It really fit their shrouded image in those days, because not much was known about them.

I guess they’ve stopped giving a rip about that sort of thing as they’ve gotten older. Hence the above photo. Hence Maynard’s boneheaded Puscifer antics. There are photos of him in the latest issue of Revolver posing like a goof in a mailman’s outfit.
