SCOTT WEILAND MAKES HIS FIRST TWEET
(Possibly former) Stone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland has made his first ever tweet on Twitter, “Hey @TomSpano – I heard you had lunch with @Brett and heard some great stories!”
The @Brett Weiland is referring to isn’t me, obviously, but Scott follows @grungereport on Twitter. The account is verified and was set up by Weiland’s people nearly 3 years ago but he has never made a tweet himself, only a few tweets promoting his solo releases/live shows. I of course tweeted Weiland asking about the status of STP and telling him fans would love to hear deep cuts live.
He’ll never admit to being booted.
He wasn’t booted- never has been and never will be. It’s a cash grab at the very worst for Dean, Robert and Eric. They’ve tried other bands and never came close (I loved AoA).
This has happened twice! Its not a new idea- just repeating the cycle.
I think Brett should stop inferring to him as fired/former until it’s confirmed. No reason to- why do it??? Brett, love the site but dont wonder why you dont get more credibility from these guys when you act this way.

(Possibly former) crap author Brett Buchanan, needs to check his facts. Every article I read you have errors of some mind in it. Scott Weiland is still a part of STP.
