Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder performed with former Blackhawk Chris Chelios and the now retired Cubs pitcher Kerry Wood at Stanley’s Kitchen & Tap in Lincoln Park Sunday after attending the Cubs game at Wrigley Field. Eddie did an impromptu five song performance that included Alive, The Band’s The Weight, and The Who’s Baba O’Reilly.
